Simplify the online loan application experience
Project Overview
Our goal is to simplify the loan process for the everyday consumers. Once applicants are approved, they can communicate with loan officers and submit documents online or via the mobile app.
The Challenge
As the nation’s 2nd largest non-bank consumer and mortgage lender, the sale system is outdated and not connecting to core business objective.

Sign up form
We tested a traditional form on a sign-up page and chose a natural language form for a more friendly approach.
Desktop and mobile design
This is the design of the desktop loan application. User can quickly take a pic and upload document to our website thro their mobile device.
Design System
Design was grounded in a design system properly oriented to styleguide.
